In the event of equipment breakdown or other circumstances PREMIER SEDAN SERVICES, INC reserves the right to substitute service with other equipment or affiliate carrier to perform the service contracted.
Spillage policy-a cleaning fee up to $150.00 may be imposed if excessive spillage occurs.(Excessive spillage is considered as beverages/ food bodily excretions)
Glass breakage will be charged @$3.75 per glass.
Passengers will be held responsible for any damages they may cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed on Prom Charters. Illegal misconduct (by the passengers) inside the vehicle may result in immediate notification to the parents and termination of charter with full charge applied.
Parents are suggested to present a schedule to the driver that will be followed without exception unless notified during the evening by the parents or US One Limo, Inc. office

Note:Job is only from point A to Point B with multiple stops in the way if any.
There would be no shuttleing once the car is reached at point B except
returning to point A with multiple stops in the way back if any.
